Meet Randi

Hi, I’m Randi.

I’m a counsellor, consultant, and social worker. I help people and organizations navigate complex systems, build capacity, and create spaces where care, clarity, and connection are prioritized.

People often come to me when things feel stuck. They may be grappling with complex life transitions, untangling patterns in relationships, or figuring out how to move forward in systems that feel overwhelming or inflexible. For organizations, this can show up as wanting to better support clients, teams, or communities but feeling unsure how to bridge the gap between intention and action. My role is to hold space for the difficult conversations, offer clear and actionable guidance, and support growth that is grounded, collaborative, and aligned with your values.

I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to this work. I’ve worked across healthcare, nonprofit, and family justice settings, and my practice is informed by relational, harm reduction, and culturally responsive approaches. I support individuals, caregivers, teams, and service providers through counselling, consulting, and system navigation that is client-centered, equity-informed, and practical.

I know firsthand how exhausting it can feel to advocate for yourself, your loved ones, or your clients in systems that weren’t designed with everyone in mind. My passion for this work has roots in this knowing. I believe support should be accessible, nonjudgmental, and respectful of lived experience.

In all areas of my practice, I aim to create spaces where people and organizations can feel seen, supported, and equipped to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and care.

I live, work, and provide services on the ancestral, unceded, and traditional territories of the sq̓əc̓iy̓aɁɬ təməxʷ (Katzie), qʼʷa:n̓ƛʼən̓ (Kwantlen), máthxwi (Matsqui), and se’mya’me (Semiahmoo) peoples. My services also reach across what is commonly referred to as British Columbia, the unceded and ancestral homelands of over 200 distinct First Nations. I offer this acknowledgment with gratitude, humility, and responsibility as an uninvited guest.
