Sometimes organizations and teams know something isn’t working—but it’s hard to name exactly what’s getting in the way, let alone figure out what to do next. That’s where I come in.
I support organizations, agencies, and professionals who want to offer care that’s more affirming, accessible, and attuned to the people they serve—but feel stuck in old systems, processes, or patterns that aren’t serving anyone well. My role is to bring curiosity, clarity, and concrete guidance into spaces that are often layered, emotionally charged, and complex.
Whether you’re navigating team conflict, trying to make your services more culturally responsive, or wanting to support your staff around client care issues, I work alongside you to untangle what’s happening and map out realistic, sustainable steps forward.
I bring the same relational, collaborative, and practical lens to consulting that I do in my counselling work. My approach is grounded in harm reduction, intersectional and culturally responsive practices, and systems thinking. I don’t show up with one-size-fits-all frameworks—I work with you to understand the nuances of your setting, your team, and the communities you serve.
Expect conversations that hold space for discomfort, complexity, and growth—alongside clear, actionable steps that feel doable and aligned with your values.
- Case consultation and reflective practice facilitation for complex client or family situations
- Supporting teams to navigate high-conflict dynamics, ruptures, and repair processes
- System navigation strategy and support (e.g., helping your team or clients access healthcare, benefits, or support systems more effectively)
- Culturally responsive, 2SLGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent-affirming service design consultation
- Exploring how to reduce harm and increase accessibility in your services and policies
- Supervision and support for staff working in emotionally demanding or high-stakes roles
- Facilitating conversations around trauma, power, privilege, and systemic oppression in ways that feel grounded and actionable
I consult with a range of professionals, organizations, and teams—including non-profits, healthcare settings, schools, advocacy groups, and private practices.
Many of the groups I support are navigating the edges of systems that weren’t built with their clients, staff, or communities in mind. I particularly enjoy working with teams serving marginalized, neurodivergent, 2SLGBTQIA+, polyamorous, and kink communities—or those wanting to build their capacity in these areas.
Whether you’re a team leader, practitioner, or organization ready to reflect, recalibrate, and reimagine how you do the work—you don’t have to figure it out alone. I’d be glad to support you.
